I am a middle-aged mom of three teens and a dog, wife, daughter to an aging father, university professor of education, and the creator of the Midlife Bullet Journal Blog. With a passion for organization and community, I aim to support middle-aged women in finding clarity and connection through bullet journaling. After surviving burnout during my midlife transition, I learned much about myself and the "messy middle" stage of life. Much of what I thought was "wrong" with me was actually part of this stage of adulthood. I found bullet journaling at the end of this transition, but know I would have had more success quickly if I had found this tool earlier.
